According to a report by the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, condo prices for the Seattle Area increased an average of 11.3% in the month of May. Giving evidence of further market recovery, the report also indicates that May condo sales for the Seattle area also increased 10.6% over the previous month. Reports for June, to be compiled later in July, are expected to indicate steady prices.
