February’s rising sales trend continued into March, according to a Bellevue Reporter article depicting the market state for Bellevue homes and condos.

Condo sales in Bellevue show marked increase over both yearly and monthly periods. A total of 38 condos closed in Bellevue this March, over only 16 last year.
